基于张玉珍防治卵巢早衰思想探讨膏方的运用原则

Conclusion of soft extract's prescription principle based on ZHANG Yu-zhen's theory about prophylaxis and treatment of premature ovarian failure

Professor ZHANG Yu-zhen regards premature ovarian failure as a deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine theory,thus she explains that premature ovarian failure is refractory because it's a result of the dysfunctional‘kidney-menstruation-Chong Ren-uterus axis',which caused by the decline of Zang-Fu,yin yang,qi,blood,essence and fluids.Professor ZHANG proposes an concept‘peri-premature ovarian failure’emphasizing on the preventive treatment of premature ovarian failure in three levels of management as‘prevention before disease onset’,‘controlling development of existing disease’and‘prevention of recurrence after recovery’.With the advantage in tonifying deficiency,soft extracts are widely used in the treatment of chronic diseases including premature ovarian failure.Professor ZHANG suitably administers soft extract prescriptions in line with optimal time,local conditions and individuality.Consequently,soft extracts make effect on nourishing Zang-Fu,qi,blood,essence and fluids while restoring balance of yin and yang in order to regulate menstruation and delay senescence.
