结合《素问遗篇》与《瘟疫发源》研究阴干年三年化疫并辨析两者异同

《素问遗篇》论述之三年化疫,是阐释疫病产生原理的重要理论。《素问遗篇》,认为运太过之阳干年本阳胜无伤,因刚柔失守变为不及方三年化疫,已蕴含阴干年化疫之意。马印麟列举疫病所发年份,既有阳干年亦有阴干年,阐发了《素问遗篇》内容,因而结合其所作《瘟疫发源》初步探讨阴干年三年化疫,并分析其与《素问遗篇》之异同,以便学者进一步研究。

The epidemic transformation in three-year of Suwen Yipian is an important theory to explain the principle of epidemic disease.The Suwen Yipian believed that the year of‘Yanggan'with‘Surplus Yun'which has enough ‘yang’is no injury,when rigidity and softness do not coordinate,it turns to insufficient so that causes epidemic transformation in three-year.So it contains the meaning of epidemic transformation in three-year of the Yingan year.MA Yin-lin cited the particular year of epidemic include both Yanggan and Yingan years,and expounded the content of Suwen Yipian.So,the scholars can further study by combining with his book Wenyi Fayuan,through preliminarily discussing epidemic transformation in three-year of the Yingan year and analyzing the similarities and differences to the Suwen Yipian.
