Discussion on correspondence between prescription and syndrome with the image thinking

根据象思维的过程,可将方证的演变划分为物象、具象与意象3个阶段。意象化与具象化方证各有优劣,都具有不可替代的意义。意象化方证以其反映方证本质,运用广泛,容易传承与传播,继承了具象化方证等优点,较具象化方证,拥有明显的临床与学术优势;具象化方证也有其独特意义,但具象化方证独立运用则容易脱离方证意象的指导,成为机械对应的工具。故应坚持意象指导具象,在方证意象指导下,加强具象化方证的运用,扩大具象化方证的运用范围和发现新的具象化方证。

According to the process of image thinking,the evolution of indications of prescription can be divided into three stages:object,representation,image.Both representational and imaginal indications of prescription have their advantages and disadvantages,and both have their irreplaceable significance.Because imaginal indications of prescription reflects the essence of indications of prescription,widely used,easy to inherit and spread,and inherits the advantages of representational indications of prescription,it has obvious clinical and academic advantages compared with representational indications of prescription.However,when used independently,representational indications of prescription,with a unique significance,is easy to break away from the guidance of imaginal indications of prescription and become a tool of mechanical correspondence.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the application of representational indications of prescription,expand the scope of application of representational indications of prescription and discover new representational indications of prescription under the guidance of imaginal indications of prescription.
