刍议肝癌之瘀

Discussion onblood stasis of livercancer

原发性肝癌是当今致死率较高的癌症之一,中医药在多方面可改善其结局。瘀为其关键的病理因素。文章从生理病理、历代源流以及现代研究3个方面详细阐述了血瘀在原发性肝癌发生发展中的重要性,并提出以破血逐瘀、活血化瘀、搜络祛瘀三法为肝癌主要化瘀之法。临床应根据肝癌的不同阶段、正邪关系,合理选择适宜的化瘀方法,方可获佳效。

Primary liver cancer(PLC)is one of the most lethal cancers in the world.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can improve its outcome in many ways.Blood stasis is the main pathological factors of liver cancer.This article elaborates the importance of blood stasis in the development of primary liver cancer from three aspects of physiology and pathology,generations of origin and modern research,and puts forward three main methods of removing blood stasis for liver cancer:breaking and expelling blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis,and searching collaterals and removing blood stasis.According to the different stages of liver cancer and the relationship between the healthy qi and the pathogenic qi,we should reasonably choose the appropriate method of removing blood stasis in order to obtain good effect.
