中西医治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoidarthritis

文章从类风湿关节炎的发病机制、病因病机、中西医治疗方案及优势、治疗现状及疗效困境等方面,通过查阅近10年国内外文献对目前中西医治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展进行综述,为后续深入开展中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎的相关研究提供参考方向。

This paper reviews the current research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in recent 10 years from the aspects of pathogenesis,disease cause,treatment scheme and advantages of TCM and WM,treatment status and curative effect dilemma of RA.In this case,we aim to provide reference direction for further researches of integrated TCM and WM in the treatment of RA.
