从生物钟紊乱调控肠道菌群探讨起居失常对痰湿体质形成的影响 被引量:1

Discussion on the effects of irregular daily living on the formation of phlegm-dampness constitution from the perspective of circadian dysrhythmia modulating intestinal flora

摘要 生物钟系统是机体为了适应地球的昼夜更替而进化出的一套内在适应性计时机制,生物钟紊乱与肠道菌群失调以及代谢异常关系密切。中医痰湿体质是多种代谢性疾病的共同土壤。除饮食不节以外,起居失常也是影响痰湿体质代谢紊乱的重要因素,但其具体机制尚不明确。文章以生物钟紊乱、肠道菌群、代谢异常三者之间的调控作用为切入点,阐释起居失常影响痰湿体质的作用机制,探讨生物钟通过影响肠道菌群对痰湿体质的形成,以及对代谢性疾病易感性可能发挥的作用。提出起居失常导致的生物钟紊乱可能会通过肠道菌群对痰湿体质产生影响,为揭示痰湿体质的分子机制以及临床调体提供新的科学视角。 The circadian clock system is a set of internal adaptive timing mechanisms evolved by the body to adapt to the earth's day and night alternation.Circadian dysrhythmia is closely related to intestinal flora dysbiosis and metabolic disorder.The phlegm-dampness constitution of traditional Chinese medicine is the common soil of a variety of metabolic diseases.In addition to improper diet habits,irregular daily living is also an important factor affecting the metabolic disorder of the phlegm-dampness constitution,but its specific mechanism is not clear.The present work,based on the interactions between circadian dysrhythmia,intestinal flora,and metabolic abnormalities,aims to elucidate the mechanism of irregular daily living contributing to the occurrence of metabolic disorder of the phlegm-dampness constitution;and explore the possible role of circadian dysrhythmia on the formation of the phlegm-dampness constitution and the possibile role of susceptibility to metabolic disease through regulating the composition and structure of intestinal flora.It is proposed that the circadian dysrhythmia caused by irregular daily living may affect the phlegm-dampness constitution through intestinal flora,which provides a new scientific perspective for revealing the molecular mechanism of the phlegm-dampness constitution as well as its clinical intervention.
