柳宝诒是晚清著名温病学家,龙砂八家之一。笔者通过研读《惜余医案》,对其遣方用药特色进行探析,发现柳氏勤求古训的同时,又能师古不泥,而有自己的创见。如加减化裁经方,灵活施治;取类比象,同形相趋;重视药物的炮制,使同一药物拥有多种功效;煎汤代水,增强疗效;用药轻灵,喜用鲜品;丸散膏汤等多种剂型并用,相得益彰;以及注重天人相应,择时用药等。研究柳宝诒临证遣方用药特色,对于后世具有重要的实用价值和指导意义。

LIU Bao-yi,a famous doctor in the late Qing dynasty,who was good at treating warm disease,as well as one of the eight famous doctors in the Longsha distract.His clinical medication features were analyzed according to Xi Yu Medical Records.LIU diligently studied the ancient teachings,and expressed his own views on the selection of prescriptions and medicines,such as using classical prescription flexibly;taking the analogies to play the similar function as efficiently as possible;as well as having a unique craftsmanship in processing,especially using multiple medicines to process the same one,in order to make it have various functions.What's more,LIU also made fresh medicine or medicine and food into decoction instead of water to boil the other medicines,so as to improve the curative effect;made good use of fresh herbs;used multiple dosage forms combined,to bring out the best function in each other;as well as paying much attention to the correspondence between man and universe,by using different prescriptions in different time.All in all,studying LIU Bao-yi's clinical medication features has important practical value and guiding significance for the future study.
