蜂产品制品又称蜂制品,是以蜂产品作为主要原料或附加成分加工而成的产品。目前,蜂制品的种类越来越丰富,主要包括蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂花粉、蜂胶、蜂蜡、蜂毒、蜂子等几类。以目前市场上的主要蜂制品为对象,针对蜂制品的来源、生活中的应用方式、产品选择及储存方法、食用或使用方面的禁忌、创意产品等方面进行了系统的综述,这可为蜂制品的进一步推广与新型蜂制品的开发提供丰富的依据。

Bee products are products processed from bee products as the main raw material or additional ingredients. At present, more and more kinds of bee products were developed, including honey, royal jelly, bee pollen, propolis,beeswax, bee venom and so on. This paper took the main bee products on the market as the object, and systematically reviewed the sources of bee products, application methods in life,product selection, storage methods, taboos in eating or using, creative products, etc. This could provide rich basis for the further promotion of bee products and the development of new bee products.
