摘要 针对传统三维建模方式构建三维智慧校园模型制作工作量大、成果周期长且建筑细节少等缺点,该文基于无人机倾斜摄影与背负式扫描激光雷达获取点云数据并进行融合处理,快速构建具有真实地理信息的校园三维模型。服务于校园建设规划与维护管理需求,该文基于WebGIS及Echarts等第三方库进行系统开发,实现校园信息可视化及多种空间分析功能,并针对性设计校园监控安防、校园建设规划、校园疫情防控3个应用案例。 In view of the shortcomings of traditional three-dimensional modeling method to construct a three-dimensional smart campus model,such as heavy workload,long achievement cycle and few architectural details,this paper based on UAV tilt photography and LiBackpack is to obtain point cloud data and process it,so as to quickly build a three-dimensional campus model with real geographic information.To serve the needs of campus construction planning and maintenance management,this paper develops a system based on third-party libraries such as WebGIS and Echarts,to realize campus information visualization and a variety of spatial analysis functions,and designs three application cases of campus monitoring and security,campus construction planning and campus epidemic prevention and control.
