摘要
为解决有机垃圾含水率高、容易腐败导致的收集、转运和处置困难,开发一套闭环热泵除湿系统为烘干提供热源。在密闭箱体内,利用空气为媒介,实现有机垃圾的就地烘干,将其含水率降低到约20%,用造粒机成型,实现60%~70%的减重,70%~80%的减容,再进入到后续收运处置环节。该技术在降低垃圾全过程处置成本的同时,使其稳定化后方便储运,为后续的有机垃圾资源化应用创造条件。烘干过程中,有机垃圾中的水分以冷凝水的形式排出,污染程度低,可生化性能好,简单处理即可达标排放。密闭箱体内的环境下,无异味散发出来,对环境影响小。系统具备实际的应用价值,为有机垃圾就地处置提供一条全新的思路。
In order to solve the collection,transport and disposal difficulties caused by high moisture content and easy corruption of organic waste,a closed-loop heat pump dehumidification system is developed to provide heat source for drying.In the closed box,organic waste drying in situ is realized by using air as a medium.The organic waste is made into grains by the granulator after its moisture content is reduced to about 20%by the dryer.In this way,60%~70%weight and 70%~80%capacity reduction are achieved.In addition to reducing the cost of the whole process of waste disposal,the organic waste is stabilized and convenient for storage and transportation,which creates conditions for the subsequent utilization of organic waste resources.The system will discharge the water from the wet waste in the form of condensate water,which has the features of low pollution and good biochemical performance.It can be treated simply to reach the wastewater discharge standard.The drying process is carried out in the closed box and no odor emanates,which has little impact on the environment.The system has practical application value and provides a new idea for local disposal of organic waste.
