摘要
目前黄酒酒坛封口包装以手工作业为主,工作条件恶劣,人员更替时容易出现产能断层,企业希望替代人工,稳定提高生产效率,现设计一种将手工捆扎坛口工艺流程进行机械化的包装机。该文分析不同捆扎材料的特性,依次用不同机械方式完成荷叶、纸张、小土钵、粽叶放置在坛口上,最后通过全自动化的方式完成剪切和捆扎。使用Solidworks完成包装样机的结构设计,仿真可实现连续全自动捆扎包装功能,能够有效完成替换人工捆扎酒坛坛口的捆扎方式。
At present,the sealing packaging of rice wine altar is mainly done manually,the working environment is harsh,and personnel turnover is prone to capacity break,Enterprises want to replace the manual,and stabilize and improve productivity,and now designing a manual bundling altar process for the mechanization of the packaging machine.Analyzing the characteristics of different bundling materials,the lotus leaf,paper,small dirt bowl and dumpling leaves are placed on the altar mouth in different mechanical ways in the right turn,and final cutting and bundling are done by full automation.Using Solidworks to complete the structural design of the packaging prototype,the simulation can achieve continuous fully automatic strapping and packaging functions.It can effectively complete the bundling method that replaces the manual bundling of rice wine altar mouths.
