摘要 该文总结汽车贯穿式汽车尾灯在设计开发过程中需要综合考量的几大维度的问题。通过机械性能、热性能和物理性能进行综合比对选择材料;通过红外预热摩擦焊的工艺进行焊接;贯穿灯的产品插拔力、人机工程校核进行CAE校核;最佳注塑工艺的注射、保压压力和时间展开DOE因子解析;光泽色差反光率对比锁定最佳外观效果材料。 This paper summarizes the problems of several dimensions that need to be comprehensively considered in the process of design and development of automobile penetrating taillights.Materials are selected through comprehensive comparison of mechanical properties,thermal properties and physical properties;welding is conducted through infrared preheating friction welding process;CAE check is implemented through the product insertion force of the penetrating lamp and ergonomic check;injection of the best injection molding process is finished at a certain holding pressure and time expand the DOE factor analysis;and luster color difference reflectivity contrast targeted at the best appearance effect material.
