摘要
机场建设初期,对原有跑道采用填筑的工艺进行处理,在填筑体自重作用及顶部飞机荷载长期共同作用下,道面结构层底部易出现脱空现象。脱空将会导致板底支撑劣化,飞机荷载作用下板底易发生应力集中,诱发开裂、断板等结构病害。在此背景下,利用航班间隙,对机场跑道脱空的基础加固,对提高机场跑道使用质量,消除机场跑道隐患,保证机场安全、高效运行有促进作用。该文以某机场跑道注浆加固工程为例,阐述浆液配置、注浆施工及质量控制等内容,为其他类似工程提供借鉴。
In the initial stage of airport construction,the filling technology is used to deal with the original runway,and the void phenomenon is easy to occur at the bottom of the pavement structure layer under the combined action of the dead weight of the filling body and the aircraft load at the top for a long time.The void will lead to the deterioration of the support at the bottom of the plate,and the stress concentration at the bottom of the plate is easy to occur under aircraft load,leading to cracking,broken plate and other structural diseases.In this context,the use of flight gaps to strengthen the foundation of the airport runway can improve the use quality of the airport runway,eliminate the hidden dangers of the airport runway,and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the airport.Taking the grouting reinforcement project of an airport runway as an example,this paper expounds the grout configuration,grouting construction and quality control,in order to provide reference for other similar projects.
