铝合金模板在预制装配式结构施工中的应用

铝合金模板(简称“铝模板”)作为新一代模板系统,具有翻转次数高、稳定性强、安装精度高等优势,在装配式建筑工程中得到广泛应用,对工程建设质量、施工效率的提升有重要影响。为深挖铝模板应用价值,加快装配式建筑工程发展步伐,该文以铝合金模板应用作为切入点,对铝模板应用优势进行简要叙述,结合杭州市萧山区钱江世纪城项目实例,深入探讨铝模板在预制装配式结构施工活动中的具体应用情况,并提出铝模板质量控制策略以供参考。

As a new generation of formwork system,aluminum alloy formwork has the advantages of high flipping times,strong stability and high installation precision,so it is widely used in prefabricated building engineering,and has an important impact on the improvement of engineering construction quality and construction efficiency.In order to dig deeply the application value of aluminum formwork and speed up the development of prefabricated building engineering,this paper briefly describes the application advantages of aluminum formwork based on the application of aluminum formwork,combined with the project example of Qianjiang Century Town,Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City.This paper discusses the specific application of aluminum formwork in the construction activities of prefabricated structure,and puts forward the quality control strategy of aluminum formwork for reference.
