大型商业建筑整体装配式结构施工技术

装配式建筑具有极强的应用价值,近年来在大型商业建筑领域应用较为广泛,可以极大地缩短工期、节约成本,彻底改变了旧有的建筑建造模式。基于此,为进一步加大技术应用推广力度,该文以装配式结构为切入点,结合江桥北虹桥社区63-02、63-09地块新建商办酒店项目实例,探讨该模式在商业建筑领域中的具体施工,并立足施工期间遇到的重难点问题,提出技术应用策略,也为同类项目施工建设活动的开展提供技术借鉴。

Prefabricated building has a very strong application value,and it has been widely used in the field of large-scale commercial buildings in recent years,which can greatly shorten the construction period,save costs,and completely change the old mode of building construction.Thus,in order to further strengthen the application and promotion of technology,this paper discusses the specific construction of this model in the field of commercial construction from the assembly structure as the starting point,combined with the example of the newly-built commercial hotel project in 63-02 and 63-09 of Hongqiao Community in North Jiangqiao.Aiming at the important and difficult problems encountered during the construction,this paper puts forward the technology application strategies,which can also provide technical reference for the construction activities of similar projects.
