高分子化学实验“苯乙烯悬浮聚合粒径控制”研究 被引量:1

摘要 为增加学生在实验过程中对知识点的拓展与延伸,启发学生独立思考,提高学生实验的积极性,对高分子化学基础实验“苯乙烯悬浮聚合实验”进行了实验内容的扩充与调整,着重进行了悬浮聚合的粒径控制研究。通过悬浮剂用量,调整搅拌速度等实验条件的改变,让学生先思考实验条件的改变对产物的影响,然后分小组进行实验,最后对聚合产物进行准确筛分并表征。通过结果分析,加深了学生对高分子悬浮聚合机理的理解。 In order to inspire students to think independently and expand the scope of knowledge, arouse students’ interest in scientific research, the content of the styrene suspension polymerization experiment in polymer chemistry experiment was expanded and adjusted, the particle size control of suspension polymerization was emphatically studied. By changing the amount of suspending agent and the stirring speed, let the students first think about the influence of the change of experimental conditions on the products, and then conduct experiments in groups, finally accurately screen and characterize products. Through the analysis of the results, the students’ understanding of the mechanism of polymer suspension polymerization is deepened.
