摘要
以“双一流”建设为核心,结合中医药大学中药学专业特色,以气相色谱为例进行仪器分析实验教学改革探索。针对目前中药学专业仪器分析实验课存在实验设计单一,分析操作简单的问题,通过增加实验操作项目、仪器设定步骤、数据处理方法等内容,夯实学生实验理论与技能,激发学生学习兴趣,提高创新思维及综合应用能力。培养具有创新精神和实践能力的医药创新型、应用型优秀人才,提高中医药大学教学水平,强化中药学一流学科建设。
With the construction of "double first-class" as the core, combined with the characteristics of TCM specialty in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the instrumental analysis experiment teaching reform was explored by taking gas chromatography as an example. In view of the existing problems of single experimental design and simple operation in instrumental analysis experimental course of TCM major, the students’ experimental theory and skills can be strengthened, interest in learning can be stimulated, and innovative thinking and comprehensive application ability can be improved by adding experimental operation items, instrument setting steps, data processing methods and other contents. We will train innovative and application-oriented medical talents with innovative spirit and practical ability, improve the teaching level of Chinese medicine universities, and strengthen the construction of first-class disciplines in Chinese medicine.
