实验室新型开槽式转向耦合器的设计与实现

摘要 提出了一种开槽式转向耦合器的理论模型,并设计制作了这款耦合器。采用HFSS软件对所设计的耦合器进行仿真和优化,实现了在ISM频段-3dB的耦合;讨论了不同的开槽深度d对于耦合器S参数的影响;对比了不开槽的转向耦合器的S参数,损耗有所降低,隔离度得到了提高。并制作了这款开槽式转向耦合器,对实物进行了测量,测量的数据很好地证实了理论和仿真设计的合理性。 This paper presents a theoretical model of slotting trans-directional(TRD) coupler, this coupler is designed and produced. The coupler is simulated and optimization designed by using HFSS software, then realizing-3dB coupling in the ISM band. And the impact of different slot depth on S-parameters of coupler was discussed. Compared with the no-slot design coupler, the slot design can be reducing the loss and improving the isolation. The designed coupler was measured, and the experimental data confirmed the rationality of the theory and simulation design.
