摘要
大型仪器设备共享是一项精细化、综合性工作。有些高校的共享成功经验是经过了多年的积累和沉淀,更有可能是在特定的历史条件下形成的,照搬照抄其他成功高校经验,是存在一定“水土不服”的风险。系统性地阐述了近五年西南大学在大型仪器设备共享制度建设、设备类购置经费统筹、大型仪器设备集中论证模式构建、实体平台建设及分层权限管理虚拟网络化平台开发等方面的工作,系统性地介绍西南大学“从无到有”构建大型仪器共享工作体系的工作实践,以期为其他高校或地方院校开展仪器设备共享工作提供一些参考。
Large-scale instrument and equipment sharing is a fine and comprehensive work. The shared successful experience of some colleges and universities has been accumulated and deposited for many years, and it is more likely to be formed under specific historical conditions. Copying the experience of other successful colleges and universities is a risk of “unacclimatization”. This paper systematically expounds the our school for five years in large instruments and equipment sharing system construction, equipment purchase funds as a whole, large instruments and equipment centralized model building, entity platform construction and layered virtual network platform development rights management work, systemic introduction “from scratch” in our school work to build large-scale instrument sharing system in the practice, in order to other colleges or universities to carry out the equipment shared work provides some reference.
