摘要
在“新工科”背景下,如何在学生实践过程中融入创新创业元素,完成从普通工科培养模式向新工科培养模式转换是最为核心的问题。在多年实践的基础上,提出以项目案例为手段,以学科竞赛为载体,建设项目与竞赛双驱动的新工科创新创业教育生态体系。组建教师与工程师“双向驱动”的创新创业指导团队,依托企业真实项目和学科竞赛,丰富实践教学体系,推动产、学、研、赛、训五位一体的创新教育改革,同时,建立全新的开放式评价体系,加强教师的团队建设和新形态教学资源建设,不断探索“新工科”背景下的数字媒体创新人才培养模式。
Under the background of “new engineering”, how to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship elements into students’ practice and complete the transformation from general engineering training mode to new engineering training mode is the core issue. On the basis of years of practice, this paper puts forward a new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education ecological system, which takes project cases as the means, discipline competition as the carrier, and project and competition driven innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem. Set up a “two-way driving” innovation and entrepreneurship guidance team of teachers and engineers, relying on the real enterprise projects and subject competitions, enrich the practical teaching system, and promote the innovation education reform of production, learning, research, competition and training. At the same time, a new open evaluation system should be established to strengthen the team building of teachers and the construction of new teaching resources, and constantly explore the digital media innovative talent training mode under the background of “new engineering”.
