批处理脉动分析技术在多工况储气库往复式压缩机组设计中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 脉动控制设计在储气库压缩机组振动控制方面起着至关重要的作用。目前行业中广泛应用的气流脉动分析软件在进行脉动分析时,运行一次只能处理一个工况,分析效率低下、影响项目设计进度。为此,开发和使用了一种可批处理复杂工况、多种气体组份的脉动分析程序。该程序可基于基础模型和不同的运行条件自动批量建立相应的脉动分析模型,从而得出各个工况下的脉动分析结果,大大提高了脉动分析效率,保证了储气库压缩机组成撬设计的进度。 The pulsation control design plays a critical role in the vibration control of gas storage compressor unit.At present, the pulsation analysis software widely used in the industry can only process one operating condition at a time when performing pulsation analysis.It has low efficiency when facing complex working conditions of the gas storage compressor unit, slowing down the project progress.To solve this problem, this paper introduced a pulsation analysis program that can batch process multiple operating conditions and multiple gases.The program can automatically establish the corresponding PULS models based on the basic model and different operating conditions, obtain the pulsation analysis results under each operating condition, and thus improve pulsation analysis efficiency and ensure the progress of skid design of gas storage compressor unit.
