大型储气库天然气压缩机国产化应用

Localization of Natural Gas Compressor in Large Gas Storage Station

为满足国内天然气调峰需求,保障国家能源战略安全,我国励精图治加快地下储气库建设,与此同时被誉为储气库“心脏”设备的天然气压缩机实现国产化,国内首台高压大排量压缩机的诞生为储气库提供了“中国心”,至此我国油气工业打破制约不再依赖进口,储气库快速建设发展。结合国内油气田储气库压缩机应用实例,对比分析进口与国产储气库压缩机的技术特点并对国产储气库天然气压缩机的关键技术运用进行阐述说明,为油气田国产储气库压缩机应用提供参考。

In order to meet domestic demand for natural gas peak shaving, and ensure the security of national energy strategy, China strives to accelerate the construction of underground gas storage station.At the same time, known as the heart of gas storage equipment the natural gas compressor has achieved localization.The first set of high pressure compressor with large displacement in the domestic provides Chinese heart for gas storage station.So far, oil and gas industry has broken restriction and no longer depend on import, and the construction of gas storage station has developed rapidly.Combined with the examples of domestic application of gas storage compressor, the technical characteristics of imported and domestic gas storage compressor are compared and analyzed, and the application of key technologies of domestic natural gas storage compressor is descriped, so as to provide reference for the application of localization gas storage compressor in oil and gas field.
