摘要
针对2D-90往复压缩机气阀难以实现实时故障诊断这一问题,提出一种将VB与Matlab的功能进行有机结合的方法,以VB编写主界面作为控制端,Matlab作为自动化服务器,通过混合编程来设计气阀故障诊断系统。该系统可以准确的在线检测气阀工作状态,以及显示其不同工作状态下的时域图,频谱图等等。气阀故障模拟实验结果表明:该系统识别故障准确,具有较高的实用价值,为设计往复压缩机气阀故障诊断系统提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to realize real-time fault diagnosis of 2 D-90 reciprocating compressor valve, a method combining the functions of VB and Matlab is proposed.VB main interface is used as the control end, Matlab is used as the automation server, and the valve fault diagnosis system is designed by mixed programming.The system can accurately detect the working state of the valve online, and display its different working state of the time domain diagram, spectrum diagram and so on.Valve fault simulation results show that the system is accurate in fault identification and has high practical value, which provides reference for the design of reciprocating compressor valve fault diagnosis system.
