摘要
某公司制氢原料压缩机轴瓦温度自开机后便出现反复升高、回落现象,存在一定的设备安全隐患,严重干扰了装置的正常运行。通过对机组的运行数据及轴瓦的拆检情况进行反复比对和分析,发现轴瓦温度的波动主要是由于可倾瓦瓦块表面的积碳引起的,且对积碳的形成原因进行深入分析,找到杜绝或延缓积碳形成的方法,并采取相应措施解决轴瓦温度反复波动的问题,从而保证装置的安全平稳生产。
The bearing bush temperature of the hydrogen production raw material compressor of a company had repeatedly increased and decreased since it was started, which had certain potential equipment safety hazards and seriously interfered with the normal operation of the unit.Through the repeated comparison and analysis of the operation data of unit and the disassembly and inspection of the bearing bush, it was found that the temperature fluctuation of bearing bush was mainly caused by the carbon deposition on the surface of tilting pad, and the causes of carbon deposition were deeply analyzed to find out the methods to eliminate or delay the formation of carbon deposition, and corresponding measures were used to solve the problem of repeated temperature fluctuation of bearing bush, so as to ensure the safe and stable production of the device.
