摘要
为了提高炭化炉的活性炭炭化过程效率,实现节能减碳,太西洗煤厂采用SolidWorks软件建立了炭化炉返回烟道模型,利用Fluent软件对不同管径下返回烟道内的流场进行了数值模拟,并对轴流风机选型进行了计算,探索了返回烟道最佳结构设计参数。研究结果表明:返回烟道最优管径为300mm,轴流风机功率宜为1.5kW。
In order to improve the coal-based activated carbon activation process of the carbonization fur-nace,reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions,work is made by Taixi Coal Preparation Plant on modeling of the flue duct with different structural parameters using software SolidWorks,and nu-merical simulation of the flow field using software CFD Fluent.As shown by study results,the size of the return-gas flue duct and the motor power of the axial-flow blower should preferably be DN300 mm and 1.5 kW respectively.
