一种用于局部放电典型模式诊断准确性评价的装置和方法 被引量:1

摘要 局部放电缺陷模式的准确诊断对于放电缺陷的定位、放电严重程度的评估以及最终的维修决策均有重要的辅助价值。然而目前针对局部放电典型缺陷模式诊断的工程实践效果并不理想,甚至已经成为行业痛点,制约着局部放电检测技术的应用前景。一方面由于局部放电本身具有很大的随机性,深入的放电机制研究不充分,导致工程上对放电模式的认识和诊断存在先天基因的不足,另一个主要方面在于目前对于放电模式识别的准确性缺乏有效的评价方法,各个科研院校和企业单位均有各自的诊断方法,但优劣无法评价,无法发展出一种准确性高的评价体系,使得良莠不齐的现状一直持续。以GIS典型缺陷模式为具体研究对象,提出了一种局部放电典型缺陷模式的诊断准确性评价方法,首先由高性能程控模拟发生器精确重现局部放电缺陷模式的波形、幅值、序列特征等,屏蔽性好、工作频带宽的GTEM小室提供耦合空间,然后将待评价的诊断系统传感器放置于小室窗口处,通过已知的发射信号模式类型与待评价系统反馈的诊断类型进行同步比对,最终确定待评价系统的诊断准确率。 The accurate diagnosis of partial discharge defect mode has important auxiliary value for the location of the discharge defect,the evaluation of the severity of the discharge and the final maintenance decision.However,the current engineering practice for the diagnosis of typical partial discharge defect patterns is not ideal,and has even become a pain point in the industry,restricting the application prospects of partial discharge detection technology.On the one hand,due to the large randomness of partial discharge itself,the in-depth study of the discharge mechanism is insufficient,which leads to the lack of innate genes in the understanding and diagnosis of the discharge mode in engineering.The other main aspect is the current accuracy of the recognition of the discharge mode.There is a lack of effective evaluation methods.Each scientific research institution and enterprise unit has its own diagnostic methods,but the advantages and disadvantages cannot be evaluated,and it is impossible to develop a high accurate evaluation system,which makes the current situation of unevenness between good and bad continue.The typical GIS defect mode is taken as the specific research object,and a diagnostic accuracy evaluation device and method for the typical partial discharge defect mode is proposed.Firstly,the digital analog generator accurately reproduces the defect mode characteristics of the partial discharge such as wave form,amplitude,sequence features,and so on.With good shielding performance and wide working frequency,the GTEM chamber provides a coupling space.Then,the diagnostic system to be evaluated is placed at the window of the chamber,and the known transmission signal pattern type is synchronized with the diagnostic type fed back by the system to be evaluated to determine the diagnostic accuracy of the system to be evaluated.
