基于ITFN-DEMATEL的联合收割机驾驶人员关键行为形成因子研究

摘要 为提高联合收割机驾驶过程中的人机交互安全性,研究驾驶人员的关键行为形成因子(PSF)。在PSF系统化分类方法的基础上,采用文献分析法和专家判断法构建联合收割机驾驶PSF体系;结合梯形直觉模糊数(ITFN)与决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)方法,确定PSF的专家直觉评分集并进行模糊化处理,构建直觉关系模糊影响矩阵,通过模糊运算转化为综合关系模糊影响矩阵,计算PSF的中心度和原因度,提出关键因子;最后运用计算机仿真对结论进行灵敏度分析。结果表明:PSF关系模型有效,能正确描述PSF之间的因果关系;19个PSF相互之间的综合影响度为2.87,中心度均值为5.75,其中态度、技能、经验、显示方式、显示界面布局、操纵装置布局、前向视野、安全教育、作业监管、操作规程、监管机构等11个要素的中心度大于均值或原因度高于0。 To improve the safety of human-computer interaction in the driving process of combine harvester,the performance shaping factor(PSF)of combine harvester driver was studied.The PSF system was constructed based on literature analysis and experts judgment.The intuitionistic score set of PSF was got based on trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy number and decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method,the intuitionistic relationship fuzzy influence matrix was constructed by transforming linguistic variable into ITFN,the center degree and reasoning degree of the VDT PSF were clarified by clarifying the comprehensive relationship fuzzy influence matrix and the key factors were put forward.Finally,the sensitivity analysis was carried out.The results showed that the PSF model was effective and could correctly describe the causal relationship between PSFS.The comprehensive impact level among 19 PSFS was 2.87,and the mean centrality was 5.75.The centrality of 11 factors,such as attitude,skill,experience,display mode,display interface layout,control device layout,forward vision,safety education,operation supervision,operation procedures,and supervision agency,was greater than the mean or the cause degree was higher than 0.
