协同创新的动因及模式研究

On the Motivation and Mode of Collaborative Innovation

围绕协同创新这一主题,从三个方面进行梳理研究。首先,对协同创新的驱动因素进行分析,用协同创新的理论分析协同创新互惠性机制及融合发展的理论驱动因素;从国家实施创新驱动发展战略分析协同创新的政策驱动因素;从协同创新的外部驱动力和内部驱动力分析协同创新的实践驱动因素。其次,构建基于国家重大研发工程为核心的协同创新模式、基于领军企业为核心的协同创新模式和基于“一带一路”的开放式协同创新模式等。第三,基于协同创新前因后果的研究思路,提出结论与政策建议。研究表明,协同创新是提升科技创新效率和培育经济可持续发展的源动力。

Focusing on the theme of collaborative innovation,this paper composes the research from three aspects.Firstly,it analyzes the driving factors of collaborative innovation.The paper analyzes the theoretical drivers of collaborative innovation in terms of resource integration,reciprocal mode and excess effect of innovation subjects,its policy drivers in terms of national implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and collaborative innovation policy,and its practical drivers in terms of external drivers and internal drivers of collaborative innovation.Secondly,we constructed the collaborative innovation mode focusing on national major R&D projects,the collaborative innovation mode centered around leading enterprises,and the open collaborative innovation mode based on Belt and Road Initiative.Thirdly,based on the research thoughts of the causes and effects of collaborative innovation,the conclusions and policy recommendations of the thesis are presented.The research shows that collaborative innovation is the source power to enhance the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation and cultivate sustainable economic development.
