The Demonstration Effects of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone

摘要 利用542家国家自主创新示范区上市公司数据,采用双重差分法从时间和地区两个维度分析国家自主创新示范区的设立所产生的示范效应。研究结果表明:(1)东部地区国家自主创新示范区的示范效应要大于中西部地区,国家自主创新示范区的发展严重受到当地经济发展水平的影响,政府在支持国家自主创新示范区发展时要尊重地区差异;(2)批复时间越早的国家自主创新示范区所产生的示范效应越强,国家自主创新示范区在发展过程中存在着政策时滞,政府要加大政策实施力度,加快政策落地,减少政策时滞。 This study uses the data of 542 listed companies in the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone to analyze the demonstration effect of the establishment of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone from the perspective of time and region by using the double difference method.The research results are as follows.First,he demonstration effect of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone in the eastern region is greater than that in the central and western regions,and the development of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone is seriously affected by the local economic development level,and the government should respect regional differences when supporting the development of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.(2)The earlier the approval time of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,the stronger the demonstration effect generated,and there is a policy delay in the development process of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,and the government should increase the implementation of the policy,accelerate the implementation of the policy,and reduce the policy time lag.
