摘要
植物内生真菌次生代谢产物资源丰富,是发现新型抗生素的重要来源。在活性追踪的指导下,从银叶树内生黑孢菌HU0460的玉米发酵物中分离鉴定了4个蒽醌类化合物,分别为化合物(1、2、3和4):4a-epi-4β,9α-dimethoxydihydrodeoxybostrycin(1)、4a--epi--9α-methoxydihydrodeoxybostrycin(2)、9α-hydroxyhalorosellinia A(3)和bostrycin(4),其中第1个为新化合物。化合物4对金黄色葡萄球菌、黑胫病菌和青枯病菌的抗菌活性较高,其MIC分别为25、50和12.5μg/mL,其余3个化合物对上述测试菌表现出较弱的抑制活性,所有化合物对大肠杆菌无明显的抑制活性。研究结果初步阐明该菌的抗菌活性物质基础,对黑孢菌属抗菌成分的深入研究与开发方面具有一定的参考价值。
The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi are important sources for discovering new antibiotics. Under the guidance of activity tracing,four anthraquinones were isolated and identified from the corn culture of Nigrospora sp. HU0460,an endophytic fungus derived from Heritiera littoralis. They were 4a-epi-4β,9α-dimethoxydihydrodeoxybostrycin(1),4a-epi-9α-methoxydihydrodeoxybostrycin(2),9α-hydroxyhalorosellinia A(3)and bostrycin(4). Among them,compound 1 was a new compound. Compound 4 exhibited strong antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus,Erwina carotovora and Ralstonia solanacearum with MICs as 25,50 and 12.5μg/mL. The other compounds showed weak antibacterial activity against the tested bacteria,while all compounds showed no obvious inhibitory activity against Escherichia coli. The basis of antibacterial active substances of Nigrospora sp. HU0460 was preliminarily elucidated by this study. And the results had certain reference value for the in-depth research and development of new antibacterial agents from Nigrospora spp.
