潜标锚泊系统静姿态与涡激振动时频分析

摘要 潜标系统作为探测海流、温盐等海洋环境要素的常用装备,其水下姿态和受力状况直接影响其作业性能。在海流、波浪等环境因素的影响下,潜标锚泊系统的涡激振动(VortexInduced Vibration,VIV)不可避免,进而干扰挂载的探测设备。本文基于OrcaFlex软件,首先对文献中的潜标锚泊系统进行了静力分析,并与文献中的结果进行了对比分析,两者吻合良好。然后对5种VIV时域模型逐一与试验结果进行了验证比选,发现精度最高的时域模型为米兰原创模型。最后采用该时域模型对潜标锚泊系统的VIV振动特征进行了研究,得到了不同流速条件下潜标锚泊系统振动幅值、振动频率沿系缆高度的变化规律。研究结果表明:潜标锚泊系统的振动频率随流速增大而增大,最大振动幅值为系缆直径的1.8倍(仅适用于此潜标),且潜标锚泊系统的振动频率和振动幅值均在浮球和水听器等设备挂载处发生突变,说明在潜标系统设计过程中需要注意对设备布置位置的优化。 Submersible buoy system is a common equipment for detecting ocean environmental factors such as ocean current,temperature and salinity.Its underwater attitude and stress condition have a great impact on its operation performance.Due to the influence of ocean currents,waves and other environmental factors,Vortex Induced Vibration(VIV)of submersible buoy mooring system is inevitable,thereby interfering with the mounted detection equipment.Based on OrcaFlex software,this paper first makes a static analysis of the submersible mooring system in the literature,and compares it with the results in the literature.The two are in good agreement.Further,the five VIV models embedded in OrcaFlex software are verified and compared with the test results one by one,and it is found that the time domain model with the highest accuracy is the Milan original model.Finally,the VIV vibration characteristics of submersible mooring system are studied by using the time domain model,and the variation laws of amplitude and vibration frequency of submersible mooring system along the mooring line height under different velocity conditions are obtained.The results show that the vibration frequency of the submersible mooring system increases with the increase of velocity,and the maximum amplitude is up to 1.8 times of the mooring line diameter(only for this submersible),and the vibration frequency and amplitude of the submersible mooring system suddenly change at the floating ball,hydrophone and other equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the optimization of the layout of the equipment during the design process of the submersible bidding system.
