海上钢管桩运营期分布式光纤自动化监测系统研究

摘要 近年来,海上风电发展势头迅猛,大直径钢管桩基础作为海上风机最主要的基础形式,其长期运营安全尤为重要。本文介绍了一套基于密集分布式光纤技术的海上钢管桩自动化监测系统,结合技术类型、传感光缆、解调设备,论述了围绕该系统的自动化监测内容及实现方式。将系统应用于实际风电钢管桩工程,实现了桩基础应变分布、竖向应力分布、水平应力及挠度分布的在线监测,获得了海上钢管桩基础运营期间的应力与变形状态,测试时间段内,管桩最大弯曲应变115με,最大水平位移46 mm,评价处于安全状态。该系统的应用也为海上桩基础分布式、自动化监测提供了一种新的技术手段。 In recent years,offshore wind power has developed rapidly.As the main foundation form of an offshore wind turbine,the longterm operation safety of large-diameter steel pipe pile foundation is particularly important.A set of automatic monitoring system for offshore steel pipe piles based on dense distributed optical fiber technology has been introduced.Combined with the technical type,sensing optical cable and demodulation equipment,the automatic monitoring content and implementation mode of the system are discussed.The system is applied to the actual wind power steel pipe pile project to realize the on-line monitoring of the strain distribution,vertical stress distribution,horizontal stress and deflection distribution of the pile foundation,and obtain the stress and deformation state of the offshore steel pipe pile foundation during the operation.During the test period,the maximum bending strain of the pipe pile is 115με,The maximum horizontal displacement is 46 mm,and it is evaluated to be in a safe state.The application of the system also provides a new technical means for distributed and automatic monitoring of offshore pile foundation.
