介绍了一种采用线阵CCD构成的板宽非接触式测量装置,将它安装在铣床的适当位置,可以对每块加工出的地板的宽度实施快速、自动测量。采用该测试系统大大提高了产品的成品率。该系统的测量范围为0～100mm,测量不确定度优于±0.35mm。
