社会科学视域下中国特色政治话语体系建构:内涵、表征与进路

The Construction of Political Discourse System with Chinese Characteristics from the Perspective of Social Science: Connotation, Representation and Approach

中国特色政治话语体系是在中国谋求民族独立和复兴、国家繁荣与富强、人民解放与幸福的奋斗进程中所形成的符号体系,是具有表达自我政治价值诉求与阐发政治发展规律认识的重要价值系统。它既是学理化概念群、命题集簇与叙事方式的统一,受中华优秀传统文化、中国式政治现代化发展实践与公共理性力量共同规约;又是马克思主义指导下中国政治发展规律的理性表达与知识呈现,在形态上呈现为意识形态、政治发展战略、公共政策与国际政治传播四大类型。中国特色政治话语体系的丰富内涵与外延,决定其未来研究需沿着政治话语体系建构、跨文化政治话语交流与沟通、国际传播三大进路拓展推进。

Political discourse system with Chinese characteristics is a system of symbol formed in the course of China’s century-long struggle for national independence and rejuvenation, national prosperity and strength, people’s liberation and happiness. It is an important value system to express self-political value demands and elucidate the understanding of the law of political development. It is not only the unity of the concept group of physics and chemistry, proposition cluster and narrative mode, regulated by the excellent traditional Chinese culture, the development practice of Chinese style political modernization and the power of public reason, but also the rational expression and knowledge presentation of Chinese political law under the guidance of Marxism, which can be divided into four types: ideology, political strategy, public policy and international political communication. The rich connotation and extension of political discourse with Chinese characteristics determine that future research should be expanded and promoted along the three major approaches of political discourse system construction, cross-cultural political discourse exchange and communication, and international communication.
