燕麦配方对酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素抑制作用 被引量:1

Effect of Oat Formula on Tyrosinase Activity and Melanin Inhibition

摘要 探索一种燕麦配方(品牌A即食麦片)的酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素抑制作用,并探索其中发挥功效的成分。通过体外酪氨酸酶活性,分别对燕麦、椰子粉、燕麦和椰子粉组合,烟酰胺锌及成品燕麦配方进行评价。曲酸标准曲线检测结果显示,曲酸50%酪氨酸酶抑制率(IC_(50))为0.0146 g/L,表明试验系统有效。品牌A即食麦片酪氨酸酶抑制率为23.79%,其中燕麦和椰粉组合使用酪氨酸酶抑制率为23.93%。燕麦、椰粉、烟酰胺锌单独使用酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为11.62%,8.44%和1.54%。燕麦、椰粉、烟酰胺锌单独使用或组合使用均能抑制酪氨酸酶活性,具有一定抑制黑色素的功效,具有潜在美白功效。燕麦和椰粉组合使用具有协同作用。品牌A即食麦片能够抑制黑色素形成的关键酶——酪氨酸酶的活性,其中发挥主要作用的为燕麦和椰粉。 Explore the tyrosinase inhibitory effect and melanin inhibition property of an oat formula—Brand A White Instant Oat,and the effects of its ingredients.Through examining the in vitro tyrosinase activity,the whitening efficacy of oat,coconut flour,the combination of oats and coconut flour,the combination of zinc and nicotinamide,and the final product were evaluated.The Kojic acid standard curve showed that 50%tyrosinase inhibitory rate of kojic acid was 0.0146 g/L,which indicated the detection method was effective.The tyrosinase inhibitory rate of Brand A White Instant Oat was 23.79%,of which the same proportion of the combination of oats and coconut flour was 23.93%.The tyrosinase inhibitory rates of oats,coconut flours,and the combination of zinc and nicotinamide at the same proportion as final product were 11.62%,8.44%and 1.54%,respectively.Oat,coconut flour and zinc niacinamide could inhibit the activity of tyrosinase when used alone or in combination,which had melanin inhibition property and skin whitening effect to some extent.The combination of oat and coconut flour had a synergistic effect.Brand A white instant oat could inhibit tyrosinase activity of the key enzyme in melanin formation,in which oats and coconut flour played a role in this effect.
