在课程思政教育改革背景下,为满足现代啤酒工业发展对品学兼优人才的需求,实现“以文化人,以文育人”,探究如何将“课程思政”融入“啤酒工艺学”课程教学方法及路径,并从课程思政建设中存在的典型问题、课程思政教学改革探究两方面进行阐述,旨在丰富教学内容、增强学生积极性、提高学生个人素养、丰富学生文化底蕴,对培养“知识+技能+思政”的三位一体人才具有重要意义。
