The Reform of Ideological and Political Teaching in the Course of “Beer Technology”

摘要 在课程思政教育改革背景下,为满足现代啤酒工业发展对品学兼优人才的需求,实现“以文化人,以文育人”,探究如何将“课程思政”融入“啤酒工艺学”课程教学方法及路径,并从课程思政建设中存在的典型问题、课程思政教学改革探究两方面进行阐述,旨在丰富教学内容、增强学生积极性、提高学生个人素养、丰富学生文化底蕴,对培养“知识+技能+思政”的三位一体人才具有重要意义。 Under the background of curriculum ideological and political education reform, in order to meet the needs of modern beer industry development for talents with excellent quality and learning, and to realize “educate people with culture and culture”, exploring how to integrate “course ideology and politics” into “Beer Technology” course teaching methods and paths, from the typical problems existing in course ideological and political construction, the exploration of course ideological and political teaching reform are expounded, aiming to enrich teaching content, to enhance students’ enthusiasm, to improve students’ personal quality, and to enrich students’ cultural heritage. It is of great significance to cultivate the three-in-one talents of “knowledge+skills+ideology and politics”.
