摘要
“食品营养学”是高等院校中食品相关专业的一门重要的专业基础课。该课程与基础医学、食品科学、农业科学、食品生产密切相关,其重点讨论人体对营养素的需要和食品的营养价值,使学生熟悉不同人群对食品的营养要求及合理膳食的构成。“食品营养学”课程思政的研究对高等院校食品相关专业人才的培养具有重要的意义。
“Food nutrition”is an important professional basic course for food related majors in colleges and universities.This course is closely related to basic medicine,food science,agricultural science and food production.It focuses on the needs of the human body for nutrients and the nutritional value of food,so that students can be familiar with the nutritional requirements of different groups of people for food and the composition of a reasonable diet.The research on ideology and politics of“food nutrition”course is of great significance to the cultivation of food related professionals in Colleges and universities.
