摘要
各级政府开展的食品监督抽样检验工作是我国食品安全监管的有效手段。通过对相关部门发布的监督抽检结果分析可以了解食品安全状况、查找风险因素、讨论改善对策。通过对2020及2021年河南省发布的食品质量监督抽检结果进行汇总,对抽样批次、食品种类、不合格项目、不合格率等多方位数据进行统计分析后发现,2020—2021年间河南省共完成食品抽检136 846批次,覆盖产品类别33个,抽检总合格率为98.1%,河南省食品质量总体较好。主要不合格项目为微生物指标、食品添加剂、农兽药残留、质量指标等,且食用农产品、餐饮食品、糕点、方便食品、饮料等质量安全风险较高,监管部门应进行重点关注。
The food supervision and sampling inspection carried out by governments at all levels is an effective means of food safety supervision in China. Through the analysis of the supervision and sampling results released by relevant departments,the food safety situation can be understood, the risk factors can be find out, and the improvement countermeasures can be discussed. Through the summary of the results of food quality supervision and sampling inspection issued by Henan Province during 2020 and 2021, and the statistical analysis of the data from multiple aspects such as sampling batch, food category,unqualified items and unqualified rate, it is found that during 2020 and 2021, Henan Province has completed 136 846 batches of food sampling inspection, covering 33 product categories, and the total qualified rate of sampling inspection is 98.1%.The food quality in Henan Province is generally good. The main unqualified items are microbial indicators, food additives,agricultural and veterinary drug residues, quality indicators, etc. The edible agricultural products, catering food, pastries,convenience food and beverages show higher quality and safety risks, to which special attention should be paid by regulatory authorities.
