新型液相微萃取技术在食品分析中的应用进展 被引量:1

Application Progress of Liquid Phase Microextraction in Food Analysis

摘要 液相微萃取(LPME)是一种新型的样品前处理技术,集提取、净化、富集于一体,相对于传统的前处理方式而言,该技术操作简单、快速,且环境友好,近年来备受研究人员的关注。基于其独特的优势,液相微萃取技术在食品检测,尤其是在食品痕量污染物分析中显示出巨大的潜力。就液相微萃取技术的发展历程及其主要的发展模式,总结其优缺点,并结合其在食品分析中的最新应用进展进行综述。 Liquid phase microextration(LPME)is a novel sample pretreatment technology,which integrates the extraction,purification and concentration.Compared with the traditional sample pretreatments,liquid phase microextration has simplicity,rapidity and friendly environment,which has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years.This technology shows huge potentials in food analysis based on its unique advantages,especially for the detection of the trace pollutants in food.The development of LPME and main operation modes are described with its advantages and deficiencies in this paper,and the newly application progress of LPME in food analysis is reviewed.
