摘要
将思政元素融入“食品工艺学”本科理论教学中,是完成立德树人和培养“五育”人才任务的必要要求。从“食品工艺学”课程特点和内容出发,以“脱水加工工艺”为例,通过多种教学手段并结合实际案例,将思政元素与教学内容结合,培养具有爱国主义精神、责任心和使命感的高素质专业人才。充分调动学生的自主性和学习积极性,教学效果提高显著,融入思政元素的本科教学显示强大的教学改革成效。
Incorporating ideological and political elements into the teaching of food processing technology is a necessary requirement to complete the task of building morality and cultivating talents with“all round development education”.Starting from the course characteristics and content of food processing technology,taking“dehydration processing technology”as an example,a variety of teaching methods and actual cases were used,to cultivate high-quality professionals with patriotism,responsibility and mission.Teaching reform fully mobilized the students’autonomy and learning enthusiasm,and the teaching effect was significantly improved.The curriculum reform laid the foundation for cultivating the successors of the“all round development education”.
