摘要
新冠肺炎疫情暴发使线上教学迅速成为一种重要的教学形式。“食品微生物学”课程内容多且繁杂,对其线上教学提出较高要求。为保障“食品微生物学”课程的线上教学质量,基于OBE理念,结合“食品微生物学”课程特点,开展多平台联合线上教学,从线上教学平台的选择、课程资源的准备、多平台线上教学的设计、多元化过程考核评价等方面介绍对“食品微生物学”线上教学的探索,对课程质量的提高提供有利支撑,为课程目标的达成奠定基础。
Online teaching has quickly become an important form of teaching during COVID-19 outbreak. The content of “Food Microbiology” course is complicated and overloaded, which puts forward higher requirements for its online teaching.In order to ensure quality of online teaching for “Food Microbiology” course, the multi-platform integrated online teaching is conducted based on the concept of OBE and the characteristics of “Food Microbiology” course. The exploration of online teaching of “Food Microbiology” from the aspects of selection of online teaching platform, preparation of course resources,design of multi-platform online teaching, diversified process assessment and evaluation is introduced, which provides favorable support for the improvement of course quality and lays a foundation for the achievement of course objectives.
