摘要
根据大学生思政教育的要求,通过分析《食品营养与安全》课程内容的思政要素及学生专业背景,将爱国、敬业、友善、诚信的社会主义核心个人层面价值观与多元化教学相结合,构建思政教育与专业培养有机融合的创新教学模式。教学实践证明,学生对社会主义核心价值观获得更加深入的理解,同时增强学生专业自信,为德才兼备的大学生培养提供可行性建议。
According to the requirements of political education for college students,through analysis for political education elements of Food Nutrition&Safety and professional background of students,the socialist core values(patriotism,dedication,friendship and honesty)were combined by diversified teaching,to build an innovative organic integration between political education and professional training.The practiced results displayed that,students gained a deeper understanding of the core values of socialism,and an enhanced professional self-confidence,to provide feasible suggestions for the cultivation of college students with both morality and talent.
