广西边境地区乡村振兴发展路径探析

The Development Path of Rural Revitalization in Guangxi Border Areas

巩固脱贫攻坚成果,实施乡村振兴战略,全面建成小康社会一个都不能少,边境地区是重点,责任重大且具有特殊意义。广西地处祖国西南边陲,是我国少数民族人口最多的省区,由于基础设施和经济发展较为落后,人员流动复杂,少数民族人口多等因素构成了广西边境地区的特殊性。因此,要实现边境地区乡村振兴发展必须统筹规划,以“产业兴边”、“稳边固边”、“兴边富民”与“乡村振兴”发展战略为总抓手,立足边境地区实际,集聚各方力量和资源加强基层治理做足“边”的文章。本文从“五位一体”建设角度出发,对广西边境地区乡村振兴路径探析,以期为推进边境民族地区高质量发展、和谐繁荣和巩固安宁提供参考。

We must strengthen the new concept of development,consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication,accelerate the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Border areas are the focus,with great responsibilities and special significance.Guangxi is located in the southwest border of the motherland.It is the autonomous region with the largest minority population in China.Due to the relatively backward infrastructure and economic development,the complex personnel flow,the large population of ethnic minorities and other factors,it constitutes the particularity of Guangxi border areas.To realize the revitalization of rural areas in border areas,we must take a variety of measures to plan as a whole,practically based on the reality of Guangxi border areas,take the guidance of Party construction as the cut-off point,open up the"first kilometer",gather all forces and resources,strengthen grass-roots governance,make a full"border"article,take the development strategy of"prospering the border area through industry","stabilizing the border area and consolidating the border area","prospering the border area and enriching the people"and"Rural Revitalization"as the general starting point,from the political,economic,cultural,social and ecological,From the perspective of"five in one"construction,this paper analyzes the path of Rural Revitalization in Guangxi border areas,in order to provide reference for promoting high-quality development,harmonious prosperity and consolidating tranquility in border ethnic areas.
