某金矿赋存状态及开发利用工艺研究

摘要 某金矿石中金存在37.00%不可见金赋存在含砷黄铁矿、毒砂之中,金以晶格金的形式进入含砷黄铁矿、毒砂的结构,毒砂与黄铁矿连生、微细粒毒砂被黄铁矿包裹。属于难处理多硫化物微细粒浸染型含金矿石。针对该矿石性质,开展了原矿细磨全泥氰化浸出工艺、原矿浮选-金精矿焙烧氰化-浮选尾矿氰化浸出工艺、原矿焙烧-混合砂氰化浸出工艺的选冶试验研究,结果表明:在最佳条件下,采用:“原矿焙烧-混合砂氰化浸出”工艺,金回收率为70.26%。研究结果为该资源的开发利用提供基础。 Gold content in one gold ore is 37.00%, there’s no gold contains in arsenian pyrites and arsenopyrite;gold were existed in structure of arsenian pyrite and arsenopyrite in form of lattice gold;arsenopyrite and pyrite was intergrowth relationship, fine grain arsenopyrite was coated by pyrite. It belongs to polysulfide micro-disseminated gold ore. For the ore properties, we did the following experimental studies, fine grinding of raw ore-full mud cyanide leaching process, flotation of raw ore-gold concentrate roasting and cyaniding-cyanide leaching process of flotation tailings, roasting of raw ore-cyanide leaching process of the mixed sand, tests results show: under the best conditions, the process " roasting of raw ore-cyanide leaching process of the mixed sand " were adopted, gold with recovery rate is 70.26% was got. The study results can provide basis to development and utilization of the resources.
