摘要 针对加工间隔对氧化铝浓度和温度的影响,从氧化铝快速溶解、电解槽物料平衡稳定、电解槽电压摆等几方面确定了加工间隔调整的原则,按照“小步慢走”的方式调整后,某工区A类槽从调整前的3台提高到了21台。 Principle of process interval adjustment was confirmed from the aspects of alumina fast dissolution, mass balance of electrolytic cell is stable, voltage swing of electrolytic cell and so on, according to the effect of processing interval on alumina concentration and temperature, the adjustment was carried out as per " walk slowly in small steps ", A type electrolytic cell in one working area was increased from 3 set to 21 sets after adjustment.
