卧式转炉捅风眼机自控改进研究与应用

Improvement Research and Application on Automatic Control for Puncher of Horizontal Converter

摘要 针对传统卧式转炉捅风眼机人工手动操作设备故障率高、送风系统有损伤、转炉作业率受影响等问题,通过优化传动方式,采用PLC控制系统实现捅风眼机自动捅打,使风眼机故障率降低了68%,实现经济效益279.26万元/a。 Traditional puncher of horizontal converter operated by manual operation has the problems that high equipment failure rate, the damaged air supply system, the affected converter operating rate and so on, therefore the transmission model was optimized by PLC controlling system, so the automatic stabbing of puncher was realized.
