影响冷却器换热效果的原因分析及应用

摘要 针对空分空压机油冷却器、电机冷却器换热效果差,导致油温、电机进风温度偏高等问题,对影响冷却器换热效果的原因进行了分析,找到的关键原因是循环水系统结垢、腐蚀铁锈和黏泥填料碎片等杂质造成了换热设备细管子堵塞,通过物理清洗、化学清洗并将循环冷却水调整为pH 5~5.5,很好地解决了冷却器换热效果差的问题,换热工况良好。 The heat exchange efficiency of oil cooler, motor cooler of air separation compressor in one enterprise is poor, it caused high oil temperature and high inlet air temperature of motor and the other problems, so we analyzed the reasons of the influence factors for heat exchange efficiency of coolers, the critical reasons were scaling of circulating water system, corrosive rust, slime filler fragments and the other impurities blocking of the thin tubes of heat exchange devices, the physical cleaning and chemical cleaning were adopted and the p H value of circulating cooling water were adjusted to 5 ~5.5, the problem that poor heat exchange efficiency was well resolved, the heat exchange working conditions were good.
