抽插式卡口蘑菇头塔上无人提升装置研制及应用

摘要 在铀矿勘查钻探施工中,使用普通摘挂式提引器装置和普通爬杆斜脱式提引器装置进行提下钻作业时存在作业劳动强度大、持续时间长、易脱扣等问题和风险。为提高提下钻作业效率和安全性,在借鉴乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等中亚国家钻探施工中塔上无人提升装置的基础上,结合铀矿勘查钻探施工特点,研制了一种抽插式卡口蘑菇头塔上无人提升装置,该提升装置与钻杆连接的蘑菇头设计成卡口式连接,采用抽插式顶杆锁定防脱,与普通的螺纹连接式蘑菇头相比,新型抽插式卡口蘑菇头具有结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠等特点。现场试验结果表明:抽插式卡口蘑菇头塔上无人提升装置与普通摘挂式提引器装置相比,能减少班组人员定额、降低工人劳动强度、保障钻探作业安全;与普通爬杆斜脱式提引器装置相比,能消除蘑菇头与钻杆脱扣事故的发生,提高钻探效率、降低钻探安全风险。 In order to solve the problems of ordinary manual lifting device and the ordinary automatic pipeclimbing lifting device used in uranium exploration drilling, an automatic pipe-climbing elevator device using lifting joint with retractable pin lock was developed by taking the advantages of automatic pipe-climbing lifting device in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries and combined with the drilling conditions of uranium exploration. This lifting joint connected drilling pipe was designed into a bayonet connection, using retractable pin lock anti-stripping. Compared with the ordinary threaded connected joint, it is simple in structure, easy to operate, safe and reliable. The application results showed that automatic pipeclimbing elevator device using lifting joint with retractable pin lock can reduce the staff quota, reduce the labor intensity of workers and ensure the operation safety of the workers which will improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the drilling risk.
