过渡金属催化乙烯/一氧化碳非交替共聚的研究进展

摘要 乙烯/一氧化碳交替共聚产物由于熔点高、溶解性差,在材料加工和应用上存在较大困难。通过催化剂的设计可以实现乙烯/一氧化碳的非交替共聚,降低聚合物中羰基含量,从而改善材料的加工性能。本文综合评述了中性过渡金属催化剂、阳离子过渡金属催化剂以及金属羰基化合物在应用于乙烯/一氧化碳非交替共聚的研究进展,最后还对新型可光降解塑料的研究前景进行了展望。 Due to the high melting point and poor solubility of ethylene/carbon monoxide alternating copolymerization products,there are great difficulties in material processing and application.The catalyst design can realize the non-alternating copolymerization of ethylene/carbon monoxide,reduce the carbonyl content in the copolymer and improve the processability of the material.This paper reviews the progress of neutral transition metal catalysts,cationic transition metal catalysts and metal carbonyl compounds in the non-alternating copolymerization of ethylene and carbon monoxide.Finally,the research of new photodegradable plastics is prospected.
