都市圈城际铁路地下线振动环境影响评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 城际铁路引入城市中心区,为减轻对城市规划的分割,缓解对城市集中居住区产生的环境影响,城区段铁路地下化成为发展趋势。铁路沿线居民住宅、学校、科研院所等环境敏感点较集中,准确评估振动环境影响,并科学提出有效的振动缓解措施,是城际铁路地下线环境影响评价工作中的重点问题。通过对都市圈城际铁路地下线振动影响特征、评价体系、执行标准、振动源强和振动防护措施等进行研究,得到以下结论:时速160 km城际铁路地下线参考《环境影响评价技术导则城市轨道交通》中的预测方法和评价标准开展工作是可行的;经与实测值验证,环境振动预测值较实测值偏大2.5~6.2 dB;城际铁路振动源强宜通过实测方式获得,且需详细论证与类比工程的可类比性;宜优先采取振源控制,并系统考虑综合措施降低振动影响。 Intercity railways connected to the central areas of cities with underground lines has become a development trend to reduce the fragmentation of urban planning and ease the environmental impact on urban concentrated residential areas. Accurately assessing the environmental impact of vibration and scientifically proposing effective vibration mitigation measures are major issues in the environmental impact assessment of the underground intercity railway project. Through researches on vibration impact characteristics, evaluation system, implementation standards, vibration source intensity and vibration protection measures of the intercity railway underground line in the metropolitan area, it is concluded that it is feasible to construct the 160 km/h intercity railway underground line with reference to the prediction methods and evaluation standards specified in the “Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Urban Rail Transit”;based on the actual measurement value verification, the predicted value of environmental vibration is 2.5~6.2 dB larger than the actual measurement value;vibration sources of intercity railways should be obtained through actual measurements, and the comparability with analogous projects should be demonstrated in detail;vibration source control should be prioritized, and comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the impact of vibration.
